Youheidan no Ryouriban傭兵団の料理番; Youheidan no Ryouriban

The story begins when Azuma Akari, a young man with an ambition to be a chef, trips into another world. Akari is picked up by Gangreve, the leader of a mercenary group. Akari joins the group as an odd job and gradually increases his own value by demonstrating his cooking skills. Each leader of the mercenary group is a quirky character, but Akari connects with them through his cooking. By improving the mercenary group's food situation and occasionally helping with inventions, Akari is gradually recognized by his fellow members of the mercenary group. However, Akari does not yet know that he will become a hero.
