In a world where monsters emerge from mysterious Gates and threaten humanity, Licht Arimiya has lived a life consumed by tragedy. When he was young, his older brother was cursed by a superior monster known as a “Demon,” transforming him into one of their kind and leading to the murder of their parents. Licht himself also lost his eyesight, leaving him to live in despair. Even so, he refused to give up. Determined to rescue his captured brother and take revenge on the Demons, Licht trained relentlessly in hopes of becoming a “Hunter,” a warrior gifted with supernatural abilities.
